Following proc•cedings were had, to -wit:- g present, the The Board meets to hear all persons thterested or whose prop- erty is affected by the following described public improvement: Improvement Resolution 11o. 245-1911, providing for the improve- ment of South A Street, By constructing a cement curb & gutter on both sides and excavateing the roadway to finished grade, from South lot to South 2nd Street, After hearing all P9rsons who ap- peared. The Board takes same under advisement, and continue's the hearing on said improvement to Monday February 27th, 1911, The Board meats to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the following described improvement: - Improvement Resolution No. 24i-1g11, providing for the improvenent of West 5th Street, By Grading, llacad.amiving the roadway, and the construction of cement sidewalks, curbs & gutters on both sides of said street, from National Road to the P. C. C. & St L. Ry. Co., Indianapoli:4 Division, right-of-way. After hearing all persons who appeared.
