ANALYST BERNARDI PUBLIC HEARING Director Durbin explained that the applicant has requested annexation to the Village of Plainfield with ORI zoning and a variance for side yard setback from 30 feet to 12.5 feet. The parcel is locate din Wolf Creek Industrial Park and is developed with a home- furnishing store on the lot (Divince Home Furnishings). Both the Plan Commission and Staff recommend approval. There were no public comments made. R. Smolich moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting. Seconded by S. Calabrese. Vote by roll call. Collins, yes; O'Connell, yes; Smolich, yes; Calabrese, yes; Cherry, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
