Declaratory Resolution No, 68-1911, to procure right-of-way to
construct a& maintain a sewer between Runt & Ridge Street; ran_
ning from Maple to School Street. After hearing all persons who
appeared and carefully consilering duly filed by
Byron Robbins, attorney premises
the Board decides to go over the ground for further Information,
and thereupon takes same under advisement.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by Declaratory Resolution No. 69-1911, providing
for the widening of the first alley west of Hunt Street from
the alley first north of Linden Ave. to Maple Street. After
hearing all persons who appeared, and being Hilly advised in
the premisds, the Board takes final action on said resolution
confirming without modification, all former action on the same,
And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all
owners or holders of property, and of valuable interests therein
sought be taken or to be injuriously affected, which list or
roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected,
The Board met to hear remonstrances and take final action on
Declaratory Resolution `;o, 70-19119 for the opening, and exten-
sion of the alley between Boyer & Crosshall Street, No remonstrane
being filed with or presented to the Board against said proposed
opening, thereupon, being fully advised in the matter, the Board
takes final action on said resolution, confirming, without mod-
ification, all former action taken on the same, And the Board
now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or
holders of property, and of valuable interests therein, sought
to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which list or roll
