AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS FROM UEZ FUNDS TO COMCAST
CABLE FOR TOWN CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, Resolution #99-80 authorizing the Carteret Urban Enterprise Zone
Advisory Board to request funding for the revitalization of Cooke Avenue
between Harris Street and Romanowski Street (Town Center) was passed on
February 18, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Urban Enterprise Zone Advisory Board was authorized to
request Urban Enterprise Zone funds to pay for said revitalization in the amount
of $760,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby ratify the following payment:
Comcast Cable - Not to Exceed- $1,250.00
Adopted this 16th day of November, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on November 17, 1999.
