PERSONS, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; J. TESTIN, COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; D. BENNETT, CHIEF OF POLICE AND KEN
BLAAUW, STAFF ENGINEER.
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT
Director Testin stated that pursuant to Board direction we have advertised for this Public
Hearing to amend the Subdivision Ordinance to allow for an extension of the final plat
approval from 60 to 90 days.
Trustee Calabrese questioned if the 90-day period would be enough? Director Testin
hoped that this extension would help, but if more time was needed it could always be
brought back to the Board for amendment.
There were no public comments made.
S. Calabrese moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting.
Seconded by J. Cherry. Vote by roll call. Calabrese, yes; O'Connell, yes; Swalwell, yes;
Thomson, yes; Cherry, yes. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carded.
