ROCK, S. CALABRESE, K. O'CONNELL, R. SWALWELL, S. THOMSON, J. CHERRY, M. COLLINS. OTHERS PRESENT: S. JANIK, CLERK; J. HARVEY, ATTORNEY; T. L. BURGHARD, ADMINISTRATOR; A. PERSONS, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; J. TESTIN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; D. BENNETT, CHIEF OF POLICE AND S. LARSON, ENGINEER. 53 residents in the audience. SINGLETARY ANNEXATION AND REZONING Director Testin stated that the applicant is proposing to develop a vacant parcel of land in which the portion adjacent to the E.J. & E. is within the Village limits and zoned I while the other portion is in unincorporated Will County and zoned Will County I-1. The proposal includes annexing the unincorporated parcel with Office, Research, Light Industrial zoning and rezoning the incorporated parcel IRI so the entire parcel is incorporated into the Village and zoned ORI. The property is located on Lockport Street, each of the E. J. & E. railroad tracks, and south of Springhill Estates subdivision. There were no public comments made. S. Calabrese moved to adjourn the Public Hearing. Seconded by M. Collins. Vote by roll call. Collins, yes; O'Connell, yes; Swalwell, yes; Thomson, yes; Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes. 6 yes, 0 no.
