The Board. receives bids for the improvement of South "H" Street,
by constructing cement sidewalks 6 ft. wide on both sides of said
Street with cement gutter strip, & grading & graveling the roadway
from South 9th to South 12th Street, as provided for. by Improvement
Resolution No. 253-1911, as follows:-

alley between South 15th & 16th Street, from South "B" to "C" Street
as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 250-1911,as follows:-

estimate of the City Civil Engineer, on motion the contract was
awarded to the said J, Be Sittloh.
