The following Proceedings were had, t.o-v.•lt:-

they are now making and nutting on the market the Menzle's one
horse pick up sweeper with conveyer attached. Mr, amrerman moved
that the Pree't., of Roard ,4 ,ivll W. Ineer be directed to make
a trip to larsaw, Ind, for the purpcse of Inspecting said sweeper,
motion prevailed.
The Board receives bids for Stokers for use at the Municipal Elect-
rio Lignting & Power Plant, as follows: -

Mr, A. L. Jenkins appeared before the Board with an agreement to
look after all the insurance of the City of Richmond, inspect &
cheek all of their policies, & advise re;rirdine improvements which
Should be made.by the city, and advise regarding all other matters
Pertaining to their Insurance: for which the city is to pay to
Said A. L. Jenkins each year until Jan, 1st. 1914, an ari0unt equal
to one-half the saving to the city in premiums based on the rates
now in force on the various properties of the city, & on rates on
any pr�oij-rty purchased by the City at the tine of purchase. llr.
