Tuesday April 25th, 011,
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in special sesoion at the office of said Board on Tuesday
April 25th, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. M. The following members of
said Board being present, ''esc3rs, RmT a90nd and Zimmerman, Absent
Mr. Charles, The following proceedings were had, to -wit:-
Pursuant to postponement to this date the Board meets to hear
the report of Sup't., & Chief Engineer of the M.E.h.& P.P. on
bids received for installing Stokers at said plant, after hearing
said report and being fully advised in said matter, the Board
thereupon decides that the bid of "The Under-foed Stoker nompany
of America, for Standard Jones .Under -Feed Stokers the lowest &
best bid received, Contract for said Stokers was awarded to the
said The Under -Feed. Stoker Company of America at price named in
bid submitted therefore:- l5,778,00
On motion of Mr. Zimmerman, the City Attorney was directed to
draw un a bill for an ordinance appropriating the followinj: sums
of money to the different accounts:- To pay expenses of'delegates
to, and dues to Municipal League tf£-Indiana:- $150.00
To G. A. R. Encampment Fund:- - - - - 0350.00
The Board did then adjourn,
