The Board accepts a rider signed by General Electric Co. to be at-
tached'& to form a kart of transformer contract approved by the
Board & dated ;iarch 6th, 1911.
The Board appointed Geo, J. Knollenberg, as Trench Inspector &
Assistant stre,t ca-ua, §tJbner, and fix the wages of same at g2,50
per day.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances and take final action on
Declaratory Resolution No, 70-1911, For theopening& extension
of the alley between BoyerF&CroninhallStreet,rbeginninat theal.

the natter, takes final action on same, an? the Board approves a
final assesment roll, confirming in all things, the original asses-
sment roll of benefits & damages as heretofore approved, and the
Board now orders same transmitted forthwith to the Department of
Finance. The Board agree that said alley not be thrown open through
Tract No. 76, until such tine as it becomes necessary.
The Board approves a primary assessment roll in the matter of the
construction of district sewer in the alley between Chestnut Stet
and right-of-way of Indlanapolls Livision of P,C,C.& St L. RY•
from C.1 2nd St. to center of N.N 4th St . as provided for by Improvement
Resolution !To, 238-1410,

construction of cement curb,gutter & sidewalks on both sides of

remonstrating against said improvement and being fully advisd in

the premises, the. Board decides that the property liable to be
assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of
the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer and thereupon tak's
final action on said resolution as originally adopted, the Same
