THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION. IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED IN ELECTRONIC FORM. Be advised that these records "the current Land Development Regulations" are now available on the Town website at https:Hlibrary.municode.con/index.asnx?clientld=14096 , Chapter 42 through Chapter 71 is considered the Land Development Regulations, what used to be referred to as the "Red Book'. We do have the Town Code, which includes the Land Development Regulations, on a CD that is exactly the same as what is on the web site.
