The Board met to hear r =onatranoes and take final actl,n r,:.
Deolarstory Resolution No, 72-191i, for the vacation of a l,ortlon
of Washington Avenue. No remonstrance being filed with or pren•inted
to the Board against said proposed vacation, thereupon, beini, fully
advised in the matter, the Board takes final action on said reaolut-
Son, oonfirming, without modification, all former action taken on
the same. And the Board now orders that a list or roll be previind
of all owners or holders of property, and of valuable interests
therein, sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which
list or roll shall also dsocrlbo the property benefleially affected.

Washington Ave, abutting their property,
The Board approves a primary assesament roll in the ratter of the
oonstruction of a sanitary. sewer in the alley between South loth &
llth Street, from South •HIO to •I• Street, as provided for by Im-
provement Resolution No. 242-1911.
She Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any from per..ona primar-
ily asaessed on account of the construction of a district sewer,
in the alley between Chestnut Street and the right-of-way of the
Indianapolis Livision of the P.C.r,.& St L. Ry Co., from trunk sewer
in North-west 2nd Street to the center of North-west 4th Street,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution No, 2z8-1010. No one
appearing or remonstrating, the Board approves a rinal assessment
roil, confirming in all things the former assessment roll as here-
tofore approved, and; orders the same transmitted forthwith to the
Department of Finance,
