The, Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any from persons pry

by Improvement Resolution 110, 231-1910, No one appearing or remon_
strating, the Board approves a final assessment roll, confirming
in all things theoi'iginalassessment roll as heretofore approved,
and orders same transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance,
Mr. Clarence Gennett, appeared before the Board requesting that
in the macadamizing of South 18th Street, from South "A" to "B" St,
Tarvia be used as a binder, The Board decides that as the contract
for the making of said street, had already been let, it would be
necessary for all property owners abutting said improvement to
sign an agreerent to pay all extra cost in placing said tarvia,
Mr. Gennett, is given permission by the Board to solicit prol,erty
owners for said agreement.
The report of I. E. Smith, on the inspection of gain Street and
the Doran Bridges was received and action deferred to Monday May
22nd, 1911.

ment of South "H" Street, from South 9th to 12th Street, by
grading & graveling the roadway & the construction of cement sine -
walk 6 foot wide, with gutter strip on both sides of laic: street
between the points named. After hearing all persons interested
who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises the Board
decider that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for
the said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same
as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and. thereupon takes final
action on said resolution as originally adopted, the same being
confirmed without modification.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the following described improvAment:
Improvement Resolution No. 259-1911, providing for the improvement ;
of South "E" Street, by constructing cement walks, cub & gutters
on both sides of said street and grading the roadway, from south
4th to 5th Street, After rearing all persons interested who appear-
ed, and a complaint made by Mr. John Kemper, that the C. & o. Ry•
Cc,, had shifted their tracks over onto his premises at the inter-
section of South 4th & "E" Street, on motion of Mr. Zirrerman
