KINGS CROSSING
Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 8:03 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Mr. Jim Testin stated this is a Public Hearing in regards to an Annexation Agreement for
approximately 57 acres located at the southwest comer of 127th Street and 248th Street. The applicant
has worked with staff in regards to the Annexation Agreement and has worked with Linden/Lenet on
the design of the preliminary plat that is attached as an exhibit to the Annexation Agreement. They
have applied with the Annexation Agreement for a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit
Development.
Trustee O'Connell questioned a stub street on the plat. Mr. Dan O'Donnell, developer, stated that
land is owned by someone else who chooses not to sell it at this time.
There were no public comments.
Trustee Calabrese moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the normal business meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Swalwell. Vote by roll call. Thomson, yes; Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes;
Collins, yes; Swalwell, yes; O'Connell, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:06p.m.
