Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 8: 11 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Mr. Testin stated this is approximately 75 acres at the corner of 135th Street and Heggs Road. The
applicant has met with our design consultant. There is one outstanding issue. There is a gap,
offsite, on Heggs Road. We are requesting the developer to address that gap.
Mr. John Philipchuck, Attorney for the Applicant, was present. After some general discussion, Mr.
Paul Lehman, President of the Macom Corporation, agreed to put in the roact
Mr. Rich Dombrowski, resident, stated he lives on the lot adjacent to the subdivision, and spoke
with Mr. Lehman on September 17,2002. They discussed the routing of a sewer line that would
run adjacent to the north side of his property. Mr. Lehman, at that time, was agreeable to move
the sewer line to the front of the lots to avoid disturbing the trees. Mr. Lehman stated that he was
in agreement with Mr. Dombrowski.
Trustee Swalwell moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Collins. Vote by roll call. Calabrese, absent; Collins, yes; Swalwell, yes;
O'Connell, yes; Thomson, yes; Cherry, absent. 4 yes, 0 no, 2 absent. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:.26 p.m.
