Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Mr. Jim Testin stated there are 13 acres on the site, 12 are floodplain and only 1 acre can be built
on. The applicant requests to pay for only one acre of annexation fees. The applicant has agreed
to pay all the other normal related annexation fees. Trustee O'Connell questioned the how
annexation fee policy, in regards to situations like this, has been dealt with in the past. Mr. Testin
stated it has been separate on many occasions. In regards to this the fees could be considered
fairly extensive for just the one home.
There were no public comments.
Trustee Calabrese moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Thomson. Vote by roll call. Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes; Collins, yes;
Swalwell, yes; O'Connell, yes; Thomson, yes; 6 yes, 0 no. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
