Councilman h.illigoss presiding with the following members being present: Messrs. Backmeyer, Bell, Henn, Hollingsworth, Marino, Youngflesh and Yount. C'ouncilman. Paust being absent. The following business was had to-wit: ' -. Councilman Youngflesh moved the minutes of the previous meeting be dispensed with, 'Seconded II/ by Councilman Yount and on voice vote was carried. - _ Councilman. Marino moved the following claims be allowed and. paid, seconded by Councilman Youngflesh and on voice vote was carried. . - Approve the following . Bills in the amount of ' $120,957.34 Payment of Interest Coupons - 1953 Revenue Bonds 595.00 1 - Payroll 44,586.55 Chairman Hilligoss stated that a.called meeting of this body is called for Tuesday, June 7, 1966 at the hour of 7:00 o'clock p.m. in the Service Building to discuss the wages and fringE --- benefits for the -Richmond Power and Light employees. Councilman Yount moved the Board concur in the ' recommendation of Mr. Beck, seconded by Councilman Hollingsworth and on voice vote was , carried. . Councilman Yount moved the Board concur in the recommendation of Mr.' - Beck, seconded by Councilman Backmeyer and on voice vote was carried. Mr. Beck presented the Agreement for Architect - Engineering Service for New Office Building, This agreement has been studied by the City Attorney, Mr. 'Keller,: and -found -to be in order. Councilman Yountmoved the agreement between the-City of Richmond Power and. Light and C . W. Clinton and Associates be signed by all - members of the Board, seconded by Councilman Marino and on Voice vote was- carried. . • Mr. Beck said that he would like to have authority to file the larger power service -rate schedule with the Public Service Commission of 'Indiana. Councilman Young- flesh moved the proposed rates be filed with the Public Service Commission of Indiana as proposed by the General Manager, seconded by Councilman Bell and on voice vote was carried. Mr. Beck reported that the study on proposed rates for large industrial service is not completed. Mr. Beck presented the proposed -rate for highway lighting and sub division lighting. Councilman Youngflesh moved the proposed rates be filed with the Public Service Commission- for hearing; seconded by Councilman Bell and on voice vote was carried.'
