Pulido, City Manager Via: Mark Persico, Community Development Director By: Jonathan Aceves, Community Preservation Officer SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS —MEETING OF MAY 22, 2013 RECOMMENDATION: The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions from their May 22, 2013 meeting. BACKGROUND: On May 22, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting. ANALYSIS: Following is a summary of actions taken at the May 22, 2013 Public Safety Commission meeting: 1. ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioner- Clift, Haddad, Redmond, Vice -Chairman Stratis, Chairman Nimri Absent: Commissioner - None Excused: Commissioner - None 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their May 8, 2013 meeting. The Public Safety Commission reviewed seven hearings requested by written declaration, and upheld seven citations. CONCLUSION: The City Council is requested to receive and file this report. FISCAL IMPACT: This item does not have a fiscal impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012-13 City Budget.
