Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 7:59 p.m. Present roll call stands.
John Phillipchuck, Attorney for the applicant, requested to continue the Public Hearing to July 15,
2002. The legal notices were not published in a timely fashion. Notices will be republished.
Trustee Calabrese moved to close the Public Hearing and continue the matter to the July 15, 2002
meeting and return to the regular meeting. Seconded by Trustee Collins. Vote by roll call.
Thomson, yes; Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes; Collins, yes; Swalwell, yes; O'Connell, yes. 6 yes, 0
no. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
