V~IEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret has
created a Board For the Disabled consisting one member appointed
by the Mayor, one member appointed by the Members of Council and
five citizens of the Borough of Carteret to be appointed by the
Council with staggered terms; and
~, there is a need to appoint a member from the citizens
of the Borough of Carteret to fill a vacancy, due to the resig-
nation of a member; and
WHI~,EAS, it is in the best interest of the Board For the Disabled
that the Council make an appointment to fill said vacancy.
NOW, ~RE, BE IT AND IT IS ttERI~3YRESOLVI~), by the Members
of Council~ that

be and is hereby appointed to fill said vacancy and to serve as
a member of the Board For the Disabled in the Borough of Carteret
until December 319 1999.
BE IT~IJRXHI~IRESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
Adopted the 16th day of November~
1999 and certified as a true copy of
the original on November 17~ 1999.
