On motion the City Civil Engineer was directed to notify Daniel
n, Burkhardt, contractor under Improvement Resolution Nro:225-1910,
to nuke certain changes in said work, as recommended by said Engineer
at the Northeast cornet of South 4th & "F" Streets,

The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract
under Improvement Resolution No, 229-1910, providing for the
Improvement of North 7th Street, by constructing cement Sloe.
walk on both sides of street, from Main Street to Fort Wuyne
Avenue. The Board accepts the same and orders assessment roll
prepared,
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No 269-
1911, providing for the improvement of alley between Routh 17"
and 18" Street, from South "An to "b" Street, by constructing
a cement roadway in said alley between the points raced,
The Board extend the time to August 1st, 1911, in which to com-
plete the improvement of South "F° Street from Southl9th to 13th
Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution 'To, 230-1911'
The Board direct the Clerk to notify all property owners A agnta
Of real estate within the city to cut weeds, through the daily
newspapers.
The Board makes contract with the Eureka Fire Hose Yfg•, Co„ of
New Jersey, for the purchase of 500 feet of Paragon Brand of
Fire 1{ose, at the price of $1.10 per foot,.
