MCGUIRE FARM PUBLIC HEARING
Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 7:12 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Mr. Jim Testin stated this is located just north of Grande Park. The applicant is seeking
consideration for zoning and annexation of approximately 80 acres. The applicant has identified
several commercial users within the annexation agreement. The staff has stressed the aspect of
good design. It is consistent with the proposed Comprehensive Plan.
Mr. Burghard explained they do have a right to come back as a PUD with some flex zoning at a
later stage.
No public comments were made.
Trustee Calabrese moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Cherry. Vote by roll call. Thomson, yes; Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes;
Collins, yes; Swalwell, absent; O'Connell, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion Carried.
The hearing adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
