The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by t*e following described public Improvement:
Improveoent Resolution to. 265�1911, providing for the improvement
of tLe at alley soot~ of Pain Street, by constructing a oemeMt
roadway in said alley the fall width thereof: from South loth stlest
to coutf. llth Street. After hearing all interested persons who
sppeared & being fully advised In the Premisses the Board decides

proveaert are equal to the eatinated cost of same as reported by
the City Civil Hngineer, and thereupon takes final action on said
resolution as originally adopted, the sae being confirmed without

After hearing all interested persons who appeared, the Board takes
