STREAMS OF PLAINFIELD PUBLIC HEARING
Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 8:52 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Administrator Burghard stated the purpose of this Special Service District Public Hearing is so that
we can put the Dormant Special Service Area District on the Streams in case the Homeowner's
Association, some time in the future, does not maintain the common areas, the Village can step in
and levy a tax on those properties.
There were no public comments.
Trustee Calabrese moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Collins. Vote by roll call. Thomson, yes; Cherry, yes; Calabrese, yes;
Coliins, yes; Swa Iwe II , absent; O'Connell, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion Carried.
The Public Hearing adjourned at 8:53 p.m. /J '
