At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Rock called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken, Trustees
Thomson and Calabrese were absent, all other Trustees were present. Clerk Janik led the
pledge to the flag. There were approximately 8 people in the audience.
J. Cherry moved to adopt Resolution No. 1322 adopting the construction schedule/plans
of operation on projects involving the recent Quick Take Legislation. Seconded by R.
Swalwell. Vote by roll call. Cherry, yes; Collins, yes; Swalwell, yes; O'Connell, yes. 4
yes, 0 no, 2 absent. Motion carried.
R. Swalwell moved to adjourn the meeting and convene the Workshop. Seconded by J.
Cherry. Voice vote. 4 y(~s, 0 no, 2 absent. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
