The Boant of Public Works of the pity of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the off'ioe of said Board on Thursday July
20th, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. He All the members of said board being
present, Ye9Nere had oto-witarles and 7,immerman. The following
proceeding r
permission is granted the Trinity Lutheran Church, to cut down
the trees, that are In a d,.ngerous condition, abutting said church
on south 7th Street, provided they set out more trees to replace
the ones removed.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any from persons primar-
illy assessed on account of the lmprovemr:int of North 5th Street,
by constructir.8 cement sidewalk & cement curb & gutter on both
sides thereof, from pain Street to North ";" FtrPAt, as provided
for by Improvement Resolution No. 227-1910. No one appearing or
remonstrating, the Board approves a i'inal assesament roll as here-
tofore approved, and orders the same transmitted forthwith to the
Lepartmert of Finance,
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, Jib any from persons primar-
illy assessed on account of the improvement of North.. 7th Street, by
constructing cement sidewalk on both sides of street, from b(ain St.,
to Fort Wayne Ave., as provided for by Improvement Resolution
No, 229-1910, No one appearing, or remonstrating, the Board approves
a final assessment roll as heretofore approved, and orders the same
transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance,
The Board meets to hear remonst'runces, if any from persons primar-
illy assessed on account of the improvement of Linden Ave, by con-
structing a cement sidewalk 6 ft, wide on south side thereof', from
the west line of Lot No, 36, A,P,('.riffith's Addition, to the east
line of West 5tk: Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution
No, 235-1910, No one appearing or remonstrating, the Board approves
a final assessment roll as heretofore approved, and orders the
same transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances III any from persons pritnar-
illy assessed on account of the construction, of sanitary sewer in
the rear of lots No. 2 to 11 inclusive Charles Scotts addition
running north & south between South 20th & Plst Street, beginning
at Linden -Hill Trunk sewer and running south 420 ft., as provided
for by Improvement Resolution No. 241-1911 No one appearing or
remonstrating, the Board approves a final assessment roll as here-
tofore approved, and orders the same transmitted forthwith to the
Department of Ftnance,
