BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. $1,000,000 is hereby appropriated to provide for improvements to Pershing anue, including all work and materials necessary therefor and incidental thereto and further luding all related costs and expenditures incidental thereto by the Borough of Carteret, in the unty of Middlesex, New Jersey (the 'Borough "), consisting of a grant from the State of New 'sey Department of Transportation, in the amount of $1,000,000. Section 2. The Borough hereby certifies that it has adopted a capital budget or a nporary capital budget, as applicable. The capital or temporary capital budget of the Borough hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance to the extent of any onsistency herewith. To the extent that the purposes authorized herein are inconsistent with adopted capital or temporary capital budget, a revised capital or temporary capital budget been filed with the Division of Local Government Services.
