A petition was presented, for tho o°nstructmfl of 09m^nt sidewalk curb & Futter on both sides oi' South "C" Street, from South 14th to South .15th Street, referred to the Engineer for plum etc,, The Gourd unarinouily adopted Deolaratory Resolution No.75-1911 For the opening of the alley between South 3rd & 4th Street, from south "0', to "D" Str•+s,t. The Poard unaninou31y adopted Improvement Resolution No. 0276-19119 for the lm3jr0v(!n^^t of the 2nd alley south of South "R" Strnnt, By constructing a e•iment roadway the full vrtdth of alley from South 5th to 6th Strn,t.
