ABSENT: K. O'CONNELL.

BURGHARD, ADMINISTRATOR; ALLEN PERSONS,PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT; J.TESTIN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR;
C.MINICK, MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR; STEVE LARSON AND
DEREK WOLD,ENGINEERS; AND D. BENNETT, CHIEF OF POLICE.
EAGLE CHASE AMENDED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
The applicant is seeking a fourth amendment to the Eagle Chase annexation agreement to
allow them to fit their duplex designs onto lots 122 and 123 and allowing for a lot width
of 79 feet for lots 122 and 123.
Mark Grove, owner of property immediately adjoining to the west. My main concern is
the side yard. How large of a building are they placing there? Administrator Burghard
stated that they are talking about a change in the lot width. They are not seeking any
change in the side yard n:quirement.
P. Fay moved to close tht~ public hearing and return to the regular meeting. Seconded by
S. Thomson. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
