KINGS CROSSING SPECIAL SERVICE AREA
Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Administrator Burghard stated this is a Public Hearing to establish a Special Service Area. This is a
requirement of the Annexation Agreement. In those instances where the Homeowner's Association
fails to take care of some of its responsibilities, the Special Service Area allows for the Village to
take care of it.
There were no public comments.
Trustee Fay moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting. Seconded
by Trustee Waldorf. Voice Vote. all in favor, no ~~d.
