PLAINFIELD VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
PUBLIC HEARING

BOARD PRESENT: RROCK, P.FA Y, RSWALWELL, M.COLLINS, S.THOMSON, AND
J.WALDOLF.
BOARD ABSENT: TRUSTEE O'CONNELL
OTHERS PRESENT: S.JANIK, CLERK; J.HARVEY, ATTORNEY; T.L. BURGHARD,
ADMINISTRATOR; S.LARSON, ENGINEER; A.PERSONS, PUBIC WORKS DIRECTOR;
J.TESTIN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; D.BENNETT, CHIEF OF POLICE;
M.GIBAS, RECORDING SECRETARY.
CROSSINGS AT WOLF CREEK SPECIAL SERVICE AREA
Mayor Rock called the meeting to order at 8:02 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Mr. Testin stated this allows, in those instances where a Homeowners Association does not take care
of certain requirements of their detention, entranceway monuments, or landscaping easements the
Village to maintain those areas. It is put in now because the Village only has to deal with one owner.
There were no Public Comments.
Trustee Thomson moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Swalwell. Vote by roll call. Swalwell, yes; O'Connell, absent; Thomson, yes;
Fay, yes; Waldorf, yes; Collins, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
