BOARD ABSENT: TRUSTEE CALABRESE
OTHERS PRESENT: S.JANIK, VILLAGE CLERK; C.MINICK, MANAGEMENT SERVICES
DIRECTOR; J.TESTIN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; A.PERSONS, PUBLIC
WORKS DIRECTOR; D.WOLD, ENGINEER; D.BENNETT, CHIEF OF POLICE; A.DEBONI,
ADMNISTRATIVE ANALYST; AND M.GIBAS, RECORDING SECRETARY.
CROSSROADS BUSINESS CENTER SPECIAL SERVICE AREA
Mayor Rock called the meetmg to order at 7:53 p.m. Present roll call stands.
Mr. Testin stated this is a Public Hearing for a Special Service Area.
There were no public comments.
Trustee Collins moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Cherry, Vote by roll call. Cherry, yes; Calabrese, absent; Collins, yes;
Swalwell, yes; O'Connell, yes; Thomson, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
