The Board of Public Borks of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of Said Board on Monday August ?th, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. M. Ali the members of said Board being present, Messrs, Hammond, Charles and Zirs.er.:.ai The followinF. ProcPsdiggs were had, to-wlt:- The Board meets to hear all persons interested in the improv9- ment of the alley between South 13th & 14th Street, by construct- ing a cement roadway the full width of said alley from South ■C" to South •D" Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No, 270-1911. After hearing all persons who appeared, and Care. fully considering a remonstrance filed by Edward A. Powell & Others the Board continues action on said resolution to the year 1912. The Board meets to hear all persons interested in the improve- ment of North "F" Street, from North 20th to 24th Street, by constructing cement sidewalk 5 ft. vide and cement curb & gutter on both sides thereof, between the points named, as provided for by Improvement Resclutior No. 272-1911. After hearing all person:, Interested who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost thereof as reported by the City Civil Lrngineer & thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, the Game being .confirmed without modification.
