Monday August 7th, 1911, Pursuant to adjournment to this date the Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond. Indiana, met at 8 O'clock P. M. with the Common Council in the Council Chamber at City hall of said city, to proceed to hear the proposal of the Richmond City Water Works on Water Supply, the proposal was again taken up and discussed by the Council & citizens and Water Works Co. officials, not having time to finish said bearing meeting was continued to Thursday August loth, 19119 at 7 30 O'clock P.
