A.PERSONS, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; M. GARRIGAN, VILLAGE PLANNER; C.MINICK,
MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR; D.BENNETT, CHIEF OF POLICE; AND M.GIBAS,

DUNMOOR ESTATES SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NO. 24
Mayor pro tem O'Connell called the meeting to order at 7:54 p.m.
Administrator Burghard stated that the purpose of this public hearing is to establish a Special Service
area for Dunmoor Estates. A Special service area enables the Village to enact a tax in the event that
the Homeowner's Association fails to maintain the common property.
There were no public comments.
Trustee Fay moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting. Seconded
by Trustee Thomson. Vote by roll call. Thomson, yes; Fay, yes; Waldorf, yes; Collins, yes; Dement,
yes; O'Connell, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
