Pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be conducted in
person and via remote means, in accordance with applicable law. This means that members of
the public body may access this meeting in person, or via virtual means. In person attendance
will be at the meeting location listed above, and it is possible that any or all members of the
public body may attend remotely. No in -person attendance of members of the public will be
permitted, and public participation in any public hearing conducted during this meeting shall be
by remote means only. If the Town is unable to live broadcast this meeting, a record of the
proceedings will be provided on the Town website as soon as possible. The meeting may be

Proposed upgrades for Port and Starboard courses —Fall of 2022
Replacement of posts & ropes, including 150 yard markers, with additional placements throughout
courses
Replace low post & rail fencing
Pavers installed at high traffic areas in front to clubhouse and pavilion (Cart barn/bag drop
junction)
Rough mulch placed in all worn/dirt areas, ie., adjacent to most tee boxes where high cart traffic
occurs
"Carts" directional signs in higher contrast white, rather than green background
-three signs at each hole in fairway fronting greens, including par threes
Towels consistently placed at each ball washer, a ball washer at each tee (white and red tees at
least)
Signage at both 18th greens, 'thanking' players', and encouraging them to visit Freeman's Grille,
Proshop, and cart return area
Additional signage directing players from Starboard 8th green to 9th tee
Large format golf course map sign at starter shack
Tee collection cups at each tee, (white, yellow, red)
Handicap cart flags replaced and upgraded for easy attachment in full view on cart
Lost & found consolidated in single location with visible signage for players to access
New Ranger flags attachable to carts
Portapotty at Range
Resurfacing of gravel road surface at Port well pumping station (potential hazard for players in
carts searching for lost balls)
Replace mat at Port 8th green with gravel, pea stone, or pavers at high traffic pathway
Refurbish plantings screening cart barn from parking lot
Staff name tags
Replace/refurbish bag drop
Update signage at starter shack
Replacement of starter shack roof
