ALSO PRESENT: S.JANIK, CLERK; J.HARVEY, ATTORNEY; C.MINICK, ADMINISTRATOR; S.LARSON, ENGINEER; A.PERSONS, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; E.GALLT, VILLAGE TRAFFIC ENGINEER; J.TESTIN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; A.DE BONI, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; D.BENNETT, CHIEF OF POLICE; AND M.GIBAS, DEPUTY CLERK. INDIAN BOUNDARY ROAD STREET VACATION Mayor Waldorf called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. Present roll call stands. Mr. Testin stated that the petitioner is seeking the vacation of the prescriptive roadway easement for Indian Boundary Road from realigned Renwick Road to Rowley Road along with the vacation of a segment of the former Renwick Road right-of-way. The requested vacation is consistent with the Concept Plan as well as the final plats for Creekside Crossing. The concern is the timing aspect. There is a concern due to the delays in the Drauden Extension up to Route 126. Vacating this at this time may put additional pressures on the one lane bridge as well as the applicant’s subdivision. The applicant has identified that they will not vacate the roadway until May 30, 2006 or if the Drauden Extension is completed earlier. Mr. Rick Burton, Acquisition and Title Manager for Lennar, stated that they are agreeable to defer the removal of pavement on or before May 30, 2006 to allow for the construction of Drauden. Mr. Burton requested that the Village prepare an Ordinance to give the developer some assurance of the time frame. Mr. Persons stated that he is confident that the construction will be done by June. There were no public comments. Trustee Dement moved to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting. Seconded by Trustee Fay. Voice Vote. All in favor, 0 opposed. Motion carried. Michelle Gibas, Deputy Clerk Approved: Susan Janik, Village Clerk
