MEETING MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING OF APRIL 24, 2006
AT: VILLAGE HALL
PRESENT: lWALDORF, lRACICH, lDEMENT, P.FAY, B.LAMB, W.MANNING, AND
M.COLLINS. ALSO PRESENT: S.JANIK, CLERK; lHARVEY, ATTORNEY; C.MINICK,
ADMINISTRATOR; S.AMANN, ENGINEER; APERSONS, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR;
T.PLECKHAM, MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR; lTESTIN, COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR; A DE BONI, COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR;
M.EITING, DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE; AND M.GIBAS, DEPUTY CLERK.
Mayor Waldorf called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken, all Trustees were
present. Clerk Janik led the pledge to the flag. There were approximately 10 persons in the audience.
Trustee Fay moved to reapprove the Springbank Final Plat for Unit 3. Seconded by Trustee Dement.
Vote by roll call. Racich, yes; Dement, yes; Fay, yes, Lamb, yes; Manning, yes; Collins, yes. 6 yes,
o no. Motion carried.
Trustee Fay moved to adjourn. Seconded by Trustee Collins. Voice Vote. All in favor, 0 opposed.
Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
