VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 12, 2007
AT: VILLAGE HALL
PRESENT: 1. WALDORF, B. LAMB, W. MANNING, 1. RACICH, 1. DEMENT AND P.
FAY. ALSO PRESENT WERE: J TESTIN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR;
M. GIBAS, VILLAGE CLERK, 1. HARVEY, VILLAGE ATTORNEY; D. KISSEL,
WASTEWATER SUPERINTNDENT; T PLECKHAM, MANAGEMENT SERVICES
DIRECTOR, M. ElTING, DEPUTY CHIEF AND D. ENGLE, RECORDING SECRETARY
Mayor Waldorf called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken. Trustee Collins was
absent, all other Trustees were present. There were approximately 35 persons in the audience.
BUSINESS MEETING
Trustee Fay moved to adopt Ordinance No. 2618 increasing the Class "E" Liquor Licenses from four (4)
to five (5) for VCV Entertainment dba Fusion Restaurant located inside Time Machine. Seconded by
Trustee Dement. Vote by roll call. Collins, absent; Racich, yes; Dement, yes, Fay, yes; Lamb, yes;
Manning, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried.
Trustee Fay moved to adjourn the special meeting. Seconded by Trustee Dement. Voice Vote. All in
favor, 0 opposed. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
