Remote Participants: None
Call to Order: Vice Chair Barker called the meeting to order at 4:32 pm.
Declaration of a Quorum: A quorum was present. All members were participating in person.
Meeting Participation Statement: Mr. Gallagher read the following meeting participation
statement: Pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be conducted in person
and via remote means, in accordance with applicable law. This means that members of the public
body may access this meeting in person, or via virtual means. In person attendance will be at the
meeting location listed above, and it is possible that any or all members of the public body may
attend remotely. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, and public
participation in any public hearing conducted during this meeting shall be by remote means only.
Mr. Gallagher was monitoring the public comment/question email address and confirmed that no
questions or comments had been received.
Report of the Deputy Assessor:
The FY2023 Tax Bills were issued October 3, 2022. The deadline for abatement applications is
November 2, 2022, the date the bills are due.
Classified Land Applications (Chapter 61, 61A, 617R
):
Mr. Gallagher presented a list of eight Classified Land renewal applications and recommended
approval for the following properties:
Bette Anne Avery (Life Estate), 121 Lund Farm Drive
CBI Farm Owners LLC, 3038-3044 Main Street
Kevin & Judith Casey, 0 Cranview Road
Russell Jenkins, 163 Serenity Lane

Ms. Barker made a motion to approve the eight applications. Ms. McGinnis seconded the
motion. Roll call vote: Barker -ayes McGinnis- aye; motion approved unanimously.
Review and approve Regular Session Meeting Minutes: August 30, 2022, September 14,
2022, September 21, 2022
Ms. Barker made the motion to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes for August 30, 2022 and
September 14, 2022. Ms. McGinnis seconds the motion. Roll call vote: Barker- aye; McGinnis -
aye; motion approved unanimously. No action was taken on the September 21, 2022 regular
session minutes.
Matters Not Reasonably Anticipated by the Chair: None
Next Meeting: The next Board of Assessors meetings will be October 26, 2022, November 9,
2022 & November 30, 2022
Executive Session (To comply with or act under the authority of any general or special law or
federal grant-in-aid requirements: MGL Chap 59 Sec. 60 and MGL Chap, 214 Sec, 1B):
At 4:38pm Ms. Barker moved to enter Executive Session for the reasons noted above, not to
return to regular session. Ms. McGinnis seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Barker- aye;
McGinnis- aye, motion approved unanimously.
