RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION #99-340
WHEREAS, at the meeting of October 21, 1999, by Resolution #99-340, the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") appointed
Richard Hycuna to the position of Laborer- Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hycuna has indicated he has decided to pursue other career
opportunities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that Resolution #99-340 is hereby rescinded.
