Resolution number One, (1)
Be It Resolved By The Board of Public Works of the City of. Richmond,
Indiana, That the improvement of the East side of North Lichth Street
from North B Street, to Elm Place, and the South nart of Lot No 1'_0
Ce W. Starr's Add, By the construction of parent side-alk hereon, is
needful and necessary, All of said wiDrk to be done according to mans,
snecifications and estimate of cost made and prepared by .the CI-tycivil
Engineer.
