The Bids of John F. Cronin, and John H. A. Schneidar,(for ti.e constr-
uction. of Sevier from a point about .'•L5 feet South of S. H. Street, to
S. J. Stro°et, ) were then considered, and it ••ras found thet John H. A,
Schneider was th:; lowest and best Bidder, The Bid^ being as folln':
Mr. Cronin Bid, for sewer comnletc, and Mr. Schneider, Bid, .CSC

adopted.
Be It Resolved, By tfic Board of Public forks of the City of
Richmond, that said Board of niblic Works, does determine and herebv
orders that the following improvc�ent,.To-rit; The imnrovv,^^nt of th^
alley between South eth, and 7th, Streets, By•the construction of a
sewer therein, from a point about 3CS feet South of South H Street, to
South J Street, be made and constructed according to the plans, spcci-
fications and estimate of cost thereof, heretofore ❑ade by the City C
Civil Engineer, And the bid of said John H. A. Schneider, as aforesaid
for said work, the same being the lowest end best bid made therefore
arid within the estimate of cost radc by the City Civil Engineer, is
hereby accepted and a contract for said work ewsrded,to him aconrdirg-
lY• And the City P.ttorney of said City is hereby required and directed
to cause a written contract for said work to be entered into between
Said City and seid, John H.,A. Schneider, in accordance with the Bid
so made by him, and in all respects in conformity with the laws of the
State of Indiana, and with the provisions of this resolution.
The above resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of the
Board of Public '.orks, messr's, Zeller, Daverport and Rose
voting Aye.
There being no further business, the Board did then ediourn.
