V.. all renbers of ee•d Boert b•inv present, viz; yesar s, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa, the following proceedings were had, To -wits Bids were received for the building of Hose House at the South west corner of South E: and Ninth Streets, which bids were as follows; Kramer Ufg, Co, Bid tP,100.n0 for building, t22'P,nn extra for grading of Lot, and S75.nn extra if steel ceiling is used. Deitrick & Hasnecoster Bid iA.492.n0 for building complete. .Iohn F. Sheffer Bid 4''.740a00 including Steel ceiling. Louck & Hill Co, Bid SP.271,0C, $4OeOnextra if etcel ceiling is used, and $190.00 extra for grading of Lot. H. C. Kaufman Bid OP,.445.00 and S19v,or, extra for grading, of Lot. Z Benfeldt h Sons Bid, S9,259.O0 less $235.00 for grading lot, and 4,31.CO for steel ceiling. It being found that Z Benfeldt & Sons were the lowest and beat bidder, the following Resolution on notion of Mr. Davenport was adopteds Be It Resolved by the Bor_rd of Public dorys of tie City of Rieh- mond, Indiana, that the Bid of Z Benfeldt 6 Sons for the erection of Hose House at the South west corner of South Ninth and E Str- eets be and the same is hereby accepted, and a contract awarded then accordingly, at and for the price of S7.993an0 the amount of $235.00 being deducted from. Bid for gradire lot, P.nd t`e City Attorney be and he is hereby instructed to cause a contract to to be entered Into by and between Z Benfeldt & Sons and the City Of Richmond, in accordance with the Bid so made by then and in conformity with the provisions of this Resolution. This Resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of the Board of Public dofks, Messr's Zeller, Davenport and Rosa voting Aye* There being no further business the Board did then adjourn.
