session, Present, Messrs, Zeller, and Rosa, 'r. Davenport being
absent, The following proceedings were had, To -wits
The petition for the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides
of South Fifth Street, fro*+ Knuth F to South H Street, was referred
to the City Engin�er fnr rlane end est.i^ate of nn.t.
The petition for closing the alley running North and South bet-een
Lots numbered 4. ". and 5, in Willlar. Thornburgh's add, was taken
under advisement, and referred to Engineer for plans.
The petition for the improvement of the alley between South. Thir-
teenth and South Fourteenth streets, runrinp, North and erosth froe
the alley running bast and )Test between South A and Lain street,
to South A Street, was referred to the City Engineer for plans.
The petition for the improvement of South a Street, from South
whlrtoenth street, to South Fourteenth street, By Grading, Orav-
eling and bouldering, was referred to the City Engin<or for plans
and estimate of cost.
Plans were presented by the City Engineer for the improvement of
the North side of North E. Street, from North 2nth, to North £4th,
reets, by the construction of cement sideweli• t�&rent ?rr", ve-
'lent Resolution number Eight, (o) was then adopted, (here insert)
On motion it was ordered ana resolved that that sidewalk ordered
by Resolution number be advertised according to law.

Improvement Resolution number Nine, (9) (here insert) Providing
for the Smdrovement of the West side of North Twentieth Street,
By the construction of cement sidewnll- tberenn, frog North side
of Lot number 25 Coffin's Add, to North c ^tr�,Pt, -as teen adop-
ted by the Board.
Improvement Resolution number Ten (10) (here insert)rroviding
for the improvement of South West Third street, By Grading, Grav-
^ling and houldering from South West D street, t.o South West E
streets, was then adopted, by the Board.
Plans were presented by the City Engineer for the construction
of a sewer from South Kest Second and D Streets, to First Alley
Last of West Fourth Street, and taken under advisement by the
Board.
