Engineer, and thereupon the Board takes final action upon said
Resolution as originally adopted, the same being confirmed with•
out modification.
The matter of the improvement of South Fifth Street, from South E
to South H Streets, by the construction of cement sidewalks on
both sides thereof, six feet in width, was then considered, and
improvement Resolution number Twelve (121 (here insert) was July
then adopted by the Board unanimously, and the Fifth day
1905 fixed as a day of hearing in sad matter.
The Clerk was ordered to instruct the City Attorney to prepare Rego
olutions for the constriction of cement sidewalk on the West
side of South Fourteenth Street, from South C Street, to Souneed'
E Street, And for the improvement of the sidewalks dhr 9r str eet,
ad along Main Street, from The East side of South Fourth
to the West aide of Twelfth street; And for cemnt curb Sire0ttb

to South 7th, Stroets, was referred to the C16y C1•1il ?naineer
for plans and estimate of costs.
