The Clerk was ordered to advertise for Bids for the construction of cement sidewalks on Randolph Street asx provided for in Resolution number 7. The Remonstrance against the construction of cement sidewalk on North 8th, tteet, as provided for in Resolution number 6 was referred to the Engineering Department for Report. On Motion of Mr. Rosa, The Clerk was instructed to notify Mr, Cronin to Re —boulder the alleys between North H and I Its, and math Atli, and 7th, Sts, where he, (Mr. Cronin) had constructed sewers. The Clerk on Motion of Vr. Davenport was instructed to communicate with the County Comnissioners in reference to the matter of the bad condition of the ditch running along the National Road near the South East entrance to Glen Park. On Votion of Mr. Davenport, it was decided that the City Pttorrey, Board and Street CorJndss!oner meet at Two C'Clock and visit t"P Item Office and investigate the matter of the overflow of sewer <.t said place.
