Schneider, or work the same being the lowest and best Bid made thid erefoCivild within the estimate of cost heretofore made by the City Atto Engineer, be and the same is herebyaccepted, and the City tO Rule of said City be and he is hereby regdired and directed t0 bl a written contract for said work to be made and entered inchmos�9 and between said John H. A. Burkhardt Bid 690 per lineal Ft. John F. Cronin Bid 7nQ per innal Ft. John H. A. Schneider Bid 71 per lineal Ft. Daniel G. Burkhardt being, the loawest and beet bidder therefor, the following Resolution was then adopted by tllF Board; Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, That said Board does determine and hereby orders that the improvement as designated in Resolution number Two (£) be made and constructed in accordance with the plans, anesifications and estimate of cost heretofore made by the City Civil F17vineer, and the Bid of said Daniel G. Burkhardt for said Rork, the Rare being the lowes and best bid made therefor, and within the estimate of cost heretofore made by the City Civil Engineer for said work, be and the same is hereby accepted, and a contract for said work awarded to him accordingly. And the City Attorney of said City be, and he is hereby required and directed to cause a written oortrnet to be entered into by and between said Daniel G. Burkhardt, end said City of Richmond, in accordance with the bid so made by said Daniel G. Burkhardt and in all respects in conformity with the laws of the State of Indiana, and with the provisions of this Resolution. The above Resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of the Board of Public works. Bids were received and opened for the improvement as provided by Resolution number Five (5) Which bids were as follows; To -wit; John F. Cronin, Bid .87¢ per lineal FY. Henry Nolte, Bid .77¢ per lineal Ft. Henry Nolte being the lowest end best bidder therefor, the fol- lowing Resolution was adopted by the Board; Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that said Board does determine and hereby orders that the inproverient as designated in Resolution number Five (5) be made and constructed in accordance with the plans, specifications and estimate- of cost heretofore made by the City Civil Engineer, and the Bid of said Henry Nolte, for said work, the sane being the lowest and best bid made therefor, and within the estirate of cost heretofore made by the City Civil Engineer, for said work, be, and the same is hereby accepted, and a contract awarded to said Henry Nolte accordingly. And the City Attorney of said City be and he is hereby required and directed to cause a written contract to be entered into by and between said Henry Nolte and She City of Rich- mond, in accordance with the bid so made by said Henry Nolte, and In all respects in conformity with the laws of the State of Indiana, and with the provisions of this Resolution.
