The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the Office of said Board on eednesday, June
2Rth, lnn5, all the members of snid Board hainp nresent, viz;
Idessrrs Teller, Rosa and Davennort. The follnwinr rrocee•iinra were

The Report of tho City Civil Engineer showing the completion of
work done by John F. Cronin, under contract with the City of Rich-
mond for the construction of a cement sidowalY. on the west side
of North west Third street, from Cain Str^et to Kinsey e*treet,
said Report showing the total number of feet of walk constructed
to be, ?,80.7 at a cost of 59r per lineal Ft. The report was app-
roved and the Prima Facie Assessment Roll in this matter, on notion
of Mr. Rosa was unanimously adopted.
The Clerk, on Motion of Mr. Rosa was instructed to ndtify !'r.
John H. A. Schneider, that he would be expected to complete t::e
sewer in the alley between South 6th, and 7jh, Sts, and S H and
J Stag by the time specified in his contract.
The Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids in the matter of
the improvement designated in Resolution number Eight (P) and also
in the matter of the improvement designated in Resolution number
Ten (10 )
The Petition for the orening of an alley between South llth, and
12th, Str.ots, from South G to South I °treats, (here insert) was
referred to the City Civil Engineer for nlans end esti^ate cf cost.
On Motion of Mr. Rosa, the Clerk was instructed to notify all per-
sons owning property along Main Street, and whose walks are in
need of repair, to have same repaired according to the plans and
under the supervision of the City Civil Engineer, within thirty
days from the date of Notice.
It was decided by the Board to purchase 25 new benches for Glen
Park at a price not to exceed $3.05 each.
