The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, net in regular session at the Office of said Board on Wednesday July, 5th, 1905, at 10 0 Clock A. L. All the members of said Board being present, Viz, yessrfs Zeller, Davenport and Rosa. The following proceedings were had, To -wit: Resolution number Twelve (10 (here insert) was taken yr end �on- sidered, and after hearing all persons who appeared and being ful- ly advised in the premises, the Board decoded that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for the improvement therein designa- ted, are equal to its estimated costs as the same appears from the report of the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon the Board takes final action, upon said Resolution as originally adopted, the same being modified by providing for the cnstruction of a cement sidewalk. Five (5) feet in width instead of Six (6) feet in width as originally adopted. Resolution number Thirteen (13) (Here insert) was taken un and con- sidered, and after hearing all persons who appeared and being ',illy advised in the premises, the Board decided that the benefits to pros perty liable to be assessed for the improvement therein designated, are equal to its estimated costs, as the same appears from the report of the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon the Board takes finalaction upon said Resolution, as originally adopted, the sa^.e being cenflit^•ed without modification. Resolution number Fourteen (14) (here insert) was taken up and con- sidered and after hearingall nersons who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises, the Board decided that the benefits to pro* Party liable to be assessed for the imnrove^nrnt therein designatedp are equal to its estimated costs as the sere arrears from the report Of' the City Civil Enggineer, and thereupon the Board takes final action, upon said Resolution as originally adopted, the same being confirmed without modification. Declaratory Resolution number One (1) (here insert) providing fo! the Widening of South H Str^et, from South Fifth Street, to South 9th, Street, was considered, and Resolution confirmed without mod- ification as originally adopted.
